Kindly send us the photo of deposit slip or screenshot of the online banking transfer to the following email, payments@indulgepatisserie.ph once deposited to confirm your order with the title: “PAYMENT FOR ORDER # XXXX”.

We will reply within 48 hours to confirm your payment.

Please make sure to settle your balance within at least two days after placing your order to secure your slot. Lead time for our cakes will be 2 to 5 days from receipt of payment. Once payment is accepted, pick up address or delivery details will be sent to you.

For pick ups:
Pick up is at 69 cabbage street Valle Verde 5 Pasig City.
You can also waze "Indulge Patisserie".
You can say that you will be picking up a cake from 69 Cabbage Street.
If viable for motorcycle pick up, please don’t forget to get an insulated bag.

Please ensure that Indulge Patisserie PH is NOT on your spam blocked email list. Do check your spam junk folder in case you have not received any email confirmation and updates from us.

Order revisions may only be done 48 hours before the pick up/delivery date. Kindly send us the revision to hello@indulgepatisserie.ph or via Viber 09177915985. We will let you know if the revision is still possible.

Order cut-off every 11 AM, Mondays-Saturdays. Indulge Patisserie PH is open only for pick ups or deliveries on Sundays in the morning.
