Chef Pat traded a corporate desk for formal pastry training at École Ferrandi, Paris — then came home to Manila and grew Indulge from a home kitchen into a commissary trusted for life's biggest moments. Ten years on, every cake still carries that same French technique and Filipino sensibility.
