For one evening, the patisserie leaves the box. Twenty‑five chairs around one long table at a neighbourhood wine shop in Valle Verde, five desserts made only for that night, and a glass poured beside each one — introduced, explained, and given the time it deserves.

- The winesRaul Runes of Vino Van opens the evening with a short wine class — how to taste, and where each bottle comes from.
- The coursesFive dessert courses, each introduced by Chef Pat herself, each set beside the wine chosen for it.
- Till 10 PMThree unhurried hours. No queue, no takeout box — just the table.
₱2,500 for the full evening — every course, every pour, a seat at one table of 25.
None of these five desserts are on the Indulge menu. They exist for this table, this evening — and you’ll meet them the way they were meant to be met: plated in front of you.

Five names, five sets of clues. Each course — and the wine chosen for it — is revealed at the table.
Your hosts
Chef Patricia Gotohio of Indulge Patisserie — Ferrandi Paris‑trained, and the hands behind every course — together with Raul Runes of Vino Van, who trained in Spain and curates every bottle they pour. Paris‑trained pastry, Spain‑curated wine — one table, walked through by the makers themselves.
