Our cakes usually reach you in a box, ready for someone else’s celebration. A few times a year we set the table ourselves — one long table, a menu made for that night alone, and a glass poured beside every course.

A Dessert & Wine Evening
The first one. Twenty‑five chairs around one long table at a neighbourhood wine shop in Valle Verde, five dessert courses made only for that night, and a glass poured beside each — introduced, explained, and given the time it deserved. It ran past midnight.
