Delivery & pickup
Questions we hear often
- Can you handle a large order reliably?
- Yes. There’s no fixed ceiling on what we can produce — tell us your quantity and date, and we’ll confirm what’s realistic for your timeline before you commit to anything.
- Can we add our company's message or branding?
- A greeting on the cake and a card are included at no extra cost, so every gift can carry your message. We don’t currently offer custom-branded packaging — your gifts arrive in Indulge’s own boxes, which we think look rather good on a desk anyway.
- How far in advance should we order?
- Please allow at least a week, and more during the holiday season — December fills up quickly. Reach out as soon as you have a rough headcount and date, and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
- Do you offer a corporate account or invoicing?
- Yes — we can set up a corporate account with a formal purchase order and invoicing process. Message us and we’ll get it arranged for your company.
Own a café, hotel, or retail counter?
We also run a dedicated partner program for cafés and restaurants who want to feature Indulge cakes and pastries on their own menu, with pricing that grows alongside your order volume.
