Please give us at least two (2) days lead time. Payment is required at least 24 hours before the required date, otherwise the order is void.
Kindly specify the date and time required before checkout. If we can't provide the item for your requested date/time, we'll contact you by email.
Standard buttercream colours are pink or blue. Other colours are treated as custom cakes (additional ₱500) — message us to inquire.
For delivery: we can book a third-party courier (motorcycle or car); fees depend on the address and are shouldered by the customer. Only the 9-inch Ube Cake (Plain) can be delivered by motorcycle.
For pick-up: cakes are prepared at our Cubao commissary (23 12th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City), open 9:00 AM–4:00 PM daily. Pick-up details follow in your order confirmation email.
One greeting per cake is free (up to 30 characters incl. spaces) — add it in the special-request box before checkout. Longer greetings add ₱50. Cakes with greetings include one free candle; extra candles may incur a charge. Cake toppers are available in the Add-Ons section.
